Somethings have been upgraded. The location is perfect. Lobby is great. Convenient stores in the basement beside the Russian Turkish Bathhouse Spa. This is my place for healing by the beach, pool & in the Spa.
Beautiful location for Miami. Slightly outdated, but was still comfy. Valet was delightful- never a wait for our car. ( we didn't tip valet until the end of our trip) felt safe the whole time, beach is 500 feet from the hotel! Pool was not too crowded outside of Friday and Saturday. For the price- it is totally worth it. Big shout out to the valet- we really felt taken care of!
It’s an elegant monument and yes luxurious like a castle 03/21/2024! Even though I left early due to the surge flood warnings.
Very nice location at 9 floor facing the ocean. Room with comfortable beds and equipped kitchen and powerfull witeless just in the room. Only small downside is valet service where you need to wait the car for too long.I had to go in good advance before family was ready to go out on time
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room is on the 17th floor, great ocean view and beach access, no bed bugs as far as we know. Valet parking was nice and handy. Not sure why there are many bad reviews. I was really concerned before arrival, I almost booked another hotel and give up on this one. But decided to take a look first and I’m glad we liked it. Maybe there are different host for different rooms? I booked on Priceline, not from Airbnb.

My family of 4 booked an ocean front balcony suite for three nights. I read the reviews and was hesitant but decided for the price and location, we’d give it a try. I’m so glad we did! The room was clean, the host got us checked in pretty quickly, and valet was never an excessive wait. I do wish self parking was an option but it wasn’t too bad. My only complaint is that Priceline said checkout was any time before 11am, but the door said 10am. The facility is directly on the beach and right beside a lifeguard stand. The pool area was quite large with lots of seating! The room was decent for the price. The water didn’t get quite as hot as I like but again, wasn’t a huge issue. I would stay again!
I loved this place. The service was horrible and the check-in is done by security officers (I don't know why). But the location is EXCELLENT and the beach is awesome. Rooms are clean and adequate. I will definitely come back.
